I live in the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland, and they have a sea serpent tale about the Chesapeake Bay, they call the sea serpent "Chessie"; when I was a child, I imagined that it would look like this elemental water dragon... Brilliant contrasting color usage; the detail of the expandable fins going down the entire length of the dragon is a wonderful detail. Impressive work.
